Sabah Youth National Forum (SYMA)

The SYMA was held form the 30th July to 2 August 2010 at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) which was organised by Malaysian Youth Council and UMS. Our Past President Bonnaventure Kilos was part of the Organizing Committee under Publicity and Protocol. PP Donald Stephens was one of the Panel for Forum 2 which included YB Datuk Sapawi Hj. Ahmad and Encik Norizan Bin Sharif ?for INMIND (past Secretary General of Malaysian Youth Council). Mr. Kevin Lim, Deputy President of Sabah Youth Council was the moderator.

The closing ceremony Guest of Honour was the Chief Minister of Sabah YAB Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman.

We are happy to inform everyone that our appeal to YB Dato Seri Hishammudin Bin Tun Hussein, Minister of Home Affairs has been approved.
We thank En. Matthew AK Dominic Barin, Director of ROS Sabah and En. Dasmond Das of ROS Putrajaya for their advice and positive recommendation to the Minister.
Special thanks to YB Tan Sri Bernard Dompok and Datuk Michael Emban (SUT), En. Hj. Awang (Timb. SUT) of Sabah Ministry of Youth and Sports for their unfailing assistance.
