This Health Day is a fund raising project to feed a group of students in need in secondary school located Kota Kinabalu area by providing luncheon for the whole school year. We hope we can meet the urgent physical needs of children by providing food, taking action and creating long-term solutions. By addressing the issue of hunger, we can help create an environment which allows students to focus on their studies.
JCI Health Day consists of indoor and outdoor sport activities namely 3 on 3 Street Basketball, Arm Wrestling, Tug of War and Monkey Bar. Sports help develop discipline. Participants can learn to set goals and then work to achieve those goals. Physical activities are a good way to relieve stress and reduce depression as well.
